Had retro japanese-style quadruple room with breakfast and wake-up service was available in it. There were central heating, multi-channel TV, and a fridge if needed. Magnificent location of the hotel next to the station.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the beautiful Katsura river and close to all the attractions in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable bed. The hotel also had a lovely garden area, perfect for a relaxing stroll after a day of exploring. the hotel was in a favourable and unbeatable position really close to suburbs of kyoto and a quiet area near the touristy places and arashiyama, a very beautiful town on the outskite of kyoto, next to the hozu river and close to all the major shirnes and main attractions. furthermore, close to many shops and restaurants.

This hotel is a hidden gem with great value for money. The rooms, though small, have a charming view of the garden. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location near the Togetsukyo bridge and main tourist attractions is a major plus.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

The fireworks by the river were amazing, and the free champagne offered was a nice touch during the New Year celebration. The location was perfect, near all the action without the noise. The hotel's view of the city's skyline was beautiful at night.
The smell of cigarettes in the room was overwhelming, despite requesting a non-smoking room. The bathroom had outdated fixtures and was not as clean as we expected.

We stayed in a spacious and beautiful tatami suite, perfect for up to 6 people. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the temple and other popular tourist attractions. We loved the tasty breakfast and dinner that was included in our rate and enjoyed unwinding at the luxurious Onsen. The hotel's excellent service was noticeable, especially when we had issues with the heating and someone came up immediately to help us.
Nothing to be said.

The hotel had a beautiful garden with a view of the river that was absolutely stunning during the autumn season. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with a restroom within, making it convenient. The hotel's prime location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions and access bikes that were offered for free.
While the hotel was located in a key area, the service left much to be desired. We arrived early, and even though our room was ready, we were not allowed to check-in until the stated time.
